It is too late for Cassi now. She has befriended a hulking bird alien while hugging a huge glowing egg concealed in a darkened side room of a wayward starship in the depths of the cosmos. She has left behind the comfortable ordinariness of her childhood. Never again will she pace around the house, sighing and complaining that she is bored. Never again will she wearily watch an unfunny animated comedy series simply because it is on and she cannot be bothered to do anything else. Cassie has been afflicted by the same curse that plagues Victor and Endi. She has become Interesting.
