High Councillor Gant is one of the Elders of the Haalhan government. As High Councillor, Gant is responsible for ensuring fair elections and cooperative conduct in Haalha’s many subsidiary governments. The constant stress of this work has made Gant somewhat cynical, but they remain as dutiful as ever.
