Character: Neeli
Grand Ambassador Neeli is one of the Elders of the Haalhan government. Neeli supervises all of Haalha’s ambassadorial programs, and works to cultivate harmony between the planet’s sentient species. They are famously curious and open-minded, forever eager to learn more about unfamiliar cultures.
