Endi
Navigator Endi is a Fiah pilot sent to Earth to assist in a secret mass exodus as part of an inter-galactic conservation and relocation effort. He is emotional and easily stressed, which is unfortunate because everything is going wrong...
Ethma
Monitor Ethma is the other half of the administrative crew of the drop-ship Axca. She is supposed to be overseeing and certifying Endi's path to a full Navigator, but present circumstances have made that...difficult.
Henri
Henri Karsch is one of the humans initially "relocated" by the crew of the Axca. His quick temper and secretive nature easily put him at odds with everyone in any given situation. Despite all that, he's trying his best to learn to connect with others and make friends.
Kait
Kait Jones was abducted not by the crew of the Axca, but by the girl her twin brother Jack sent her to break up with on his behalf. Out and proud, Kait wears her heart on her sleeve and, for better or worse, doesn't hesitate to stand up for others.
Noh
Noh Ehr is a former member of the Ith Black Caste--elite operatives without aura sensitivity meant to police the people of their otherwise psychic species. Exiled from their home, she and Raine were sent to find a planet that didn't exist...except it DID exist, and now she's in a really weird position as a result.
Lon
Lon Ehr is a member of the Ith Black Caste. After he and his sister crossed Peace Overseer Xia and caught the attention of the mysterious Indigo Caste, Lon was demoted to a security position on a merchant vessel. Once burned, twice shy, Lon is currently trying to figure out how to be normal.
Max
Maxwell Flagg is a Canadian E.S.I. agent tasked with locating the missing humans that disappeared at OMEGACON. Relentless in his pursuit for the truth, Max has taken his hunt to space after being abducted by Sam, who chose malicious compliance when she was told by her superiors to "make Max disappear."
Sam
"Samira Hahn" is an Ith Black Caste Infiltrator sent to Earth by the Monoculture to prepare for Ith's arrival, but who she really is and who she really works for and why is unknown. What is known is that she has fallen in love with cigarettes, fast food and Earth's endless selection of interesting alcohols, and is loathe to see them fall to her kin...
Jack
Jack Jones is one of the humans initially "relocated" by the crew of the Axca. A somewhat awkward and insecure, but otherwise unremarkable young man, Jack is nevertheless a source of fascination to Raine, whose visions drew her to Earth to find him - ultimately leading to the abduction of his twin sister, Kait.
Raine
"Raine Andrews" is a former member of the Ith Green Caste--humble labourers and commonfolk whose psychic auras offer little utility to their civilization. Overseer Xia used Raine's odd visions of a distant, Ith-like world as a thin pretense to exile her alongside Noh Ehr--only for them to defy all expectations by actually finding the Earth.
Victor
Victor Smart is one of the humans initially "relocated" by the crew of the Axca. Though famed for his leading role in a beloved sci-fi series, Victor struggles with feelings of isolation and ennui. At OMEGACON, he took a break from PR work to strike up a friendship with Blaire--only to stumble into a real-life space adventure.
Blaire
Blaire Werner is one of the humans initially "relocated" by the crew of the Axca. A sensitive, creative woman with a knack for clothing and costume design, Blaire is remarkably adaptable by nature--though she can sometimes be prone to loneliness and depression, especially when under a great deal of stress.
Trish
Trish Leveque is one of the humans initially "relocated" by the crew of the Axca. Clever and assertive, she is a natural leader and tends to instinctively take charge in a crisis. Her confidence sometimes causes her to clash with other bold personalities, but it also makes her an excellent advocate for her fellow abductees.
Cassi
Cassandra Savage is one of the humans initially “relocated” by the crew of the Axca. The grief of losing her mother to cancer has left her moody and withdrawn for a child of her age, and she frequently struggles with feelings of resentment towards her father Bart and her stepmother Heather, despite their best efforts.
Bart
Bart Savage is one of the humans initially “relocated” by the crew of the Axca. Bart (and his wife, Heather) only learned that he was a father when his terminally ill ex-girlfriend reached out to him eight years after the fact--but he is determined to raise his daughter Cassi with love and care, regardless.
Heather
Heather Savage is one of the humans initially “relocated” by the crew of the Axca. Taken completely by surprise when her husband Bart learned that he had unwittingly fathered a child as a teen, Heather nevertheless rolled up her sleeves, and now does her best to be a good stepmother to young Cassi.
Gorth

Jey

Xia
Peace Overseer Xia is an administrator of the Ith Black Caste, a secret police force made up of citizens whose lack of auras renders them invisible to psychic detection. She personally oversees the intake, training, and assignment of all new recruits, and is utterly ruthless in culling those she deems unsuitable.
Arjen
Peace Overseer Arjen is an administrator of the Ith Black Caste. He is responsible for supervising the Caste's complex logistical needs, as well as the management and deployment of the brainwashed White Caste soldiery--troops are a resource, and resource management is Arjen's specialty.
Nola
Peace Overseer Nola is an administrator of the Ith Black Caste. Tas
Djara Tas of House Peldan is a former member of the Ith Violet Caste. Once a noble with all of the attendant power and responsibility, he lost it all when he was Faded--traumatically stripped of his psychic aura and awareness, and relegated to menial service as a worker in the White Caste.
Imia
Imia Hih is a community leader among the Ith rebels. Though she is Tas' ex-wife, the two still hold quite a lot of love and affection for one another. Imia's loyalty to the cause is beyond question, and her nuanced, compassionate perspective serves as a good foil to Astei's pragmatism.
Astei
Astei Ogo of House Peldan is a high-ranking central coordinator among the Ith rebels. She has access to their entire gate network, and responds swiftly to possible security breaches. Should a rebel community fall, it is her responsibility to seal their gates to protect the other communities.
Diman

Lita
Lita Pendhi is a community organizer among the Ith rebels. Her role is similar to that of a quartermaster--she distributes supplies and aid, and hands out work assignments as needed. Her brash, cheery, larger-than-life personality renders her more or less impervious to social awkwardness.
Sari
Captain Sari Tam is a member of the Ith Red Caste, psychic empaths trained to sense and assess the emotions of others. Originally given a dead-end post on a minor merchant vessel, she is determined to leverage her encounter with the abductees to win herself greater social standing.
Seon
Seon is a member of the Ith Yellow Caste--psychic messengers capable of telepathically communicating with one another over vast distances. A pragmatic soul with simple ambitions, he accepted his posting to a merchant vessel with equanimity, content to keep his head down and do his job.
Hurf
Hurf is a Hlurcht racing champion on Gorth Station. Having demonstrated a fondness and aptitude for racing from a young age, Hurf voluntarily underwent carapace binding to be shaped into a form more suitable for the sport. Their success is a great source of pride, both to them and to Gorth.
Olma
First Guardian Olma is one of the Elders of the Haalhan government. In particular, Olma bears primacy over all Guardians--a position very distantly akin to that of a supreme military commander. Neeli
Grand Ambassador Neeli is one of the Elders of the Haalhan government. Neeli supervises all of Haalha's ambassadorial programs, and works to cultivate harmony between the planet's sentient species. They are famously curious and open-minded, forever eager to learn more about unfamiliar cultures.
Gant
High Councillor Gant is one of the Elders of the Haalhan government. As High Councillor, Gant is responsible for ensuring fair elections and cooperative conduct in Haalha's many subsidiary governments. The constant stress of this work has made Gant somewhat cynical, but they remain as dutiful as ever.
Axca
Navigator Axca was a Haalhan Pilot. Together with Monitor Ethma, Axca completed many scouting and exploratory missions. While battling pirates to protect fleeing evacuees, their ship was critically damaged and Axca perished. Axca's child, Endi, was entrusted to Ethma's safekeeping.
